env variable documentation missing #1527
Description
During initial setup, the user gets suggested to adjust the env variables to their needs.
There is no page in the documentation that lists all available environment variables and what their default values are. For example there is no mention of variables pertaining to Open Code or PDF generation in the .env file itself, therefore the user has currently no way to know about them.
