<p>Ashkco Iana significa “perro negro” en quechua. La policia le cambió el nombre a Darío, pero a él no le importan mucho los conceptos que muchas veces aprisionan a los significados reales de las palabras. A los 10 gatos con los que vive tampoco los ha encasillado bajo ningún nombre. Él sabe cuál es cuál; los conoce y los diferencia en base a su comportamiento, olor y aspecto. Para recordar mi nombre -Marc- necesita pensar que es algo parecido al mar, mientras que mi compañera -Anna- se convierte en Ananá (piña en Argentina).</p>
<p>Tampoco conoce los nombres de aquellos que son culpables de que hace 19 años tuviera que dejar su tierra, el Gran Chaco del norte argentino, para empezar una nueva vida en Buenos Aires. Ashkco Iana no sabe qué edad tiene, pero nos asegura que es más joven que nosotros, ya que hace tan sólo 19 años que empezó su nueva vida. Hace ese tiempo que cambió la jungla de los árboles y los animales por la del cemento y los coches. La primera es temible, llena de peligros que acechan en cualquier lugar: alacranes, pumas, serpientes… Ahí, su casa era un agujero en el tronco de un árbol muerto que tenía que tapar con maderas a la noche para protegerse. Durante su vida en la selva, su cuerpo absorvió tanto veneno que ahora tiene el hígado hiperdesarrollado. No puede comer mucho, ya que, por poco que se hinche su estómago, le hace presión contra el hígado y le duele.</p>

<p>Pero la jungla urbana no es mucho más amigable. En opinión de Ashcko, en la selva sabes quién es tu amigo y quién no lo es, pero en la ciudad te encuentras con caras que simulan ser amigas pero que a la que pueden te roban. Una vez le atropelló un coche o, según él dice, él atropelló un coche. Tenía el sol a contraluz y no lo vió hasta el último instante, momento en el que tan sólo tuvo tiempo de poner el pie y destrozar el parachoques del vehículo. No quiso ir al hospital, pues el cuerpo tiene que curar sus dolores sinó se hace débil, pero, más tarde, cuando estaba vendiendo su artesanía, no pudo más que tumbarse y pedir a sus compañeros que le vigilasen sus artículos. Mientras meditaba, immóbil, sobre su dolor, veía como los que le habían prometido cuidados se apropiaban de lo suyo. Él no quiso interrumpir su meditación por unos metales, pero luego les informó que aunque sus ojos parecían muertos había visto lo que habían hecho.</p>
<p>Hubo una vez que se le acercó un hombre y le dijo: “Soy millonario. Estoy invitando a los pobres a comer.” Ashkco no quiso su limosna. Le dijo que él ya tenía trabajo y que se marchase con su prepotencia y se metiera sus billetes por el culo. Pero los hubo que sí aceptaron la invitación y al final bebieron y bebieron, y acabaron peleándose manchando la plaza de sangre, mientras los millonarios ya desaparecían. Ashkco afirma no tener mucha riqueza material pero no ser pobre, pues dispone de muchísimos amigos y de una rica vida espiritual, pero que sí que lo son los que acabaron peleándose en la plaza.</p>
<p>La selección argentina acaba de ganar 4-1 a Corea del Sur en el mundial de Sudáfrica. Botella de cerveza en mano y remera argentina incorporada, una chica le dice que ya puede rabiar, que Argentina ganó. “¿Y qué ganaste? -le responde él- ¿Una borrachera? ¿Qué cambió para ti?” Más de uno pasa por su lado y le refriega por la cara la victoria de Argentina, como si a él le afectara. Simplemente no comparte ese nacionalismo de la Argentina oficial. Las miles de banderitas azules y blancas que asoman por todos lados representando la oficialidad argentina, esa que se gasta <a href="http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1215845-por-el-bicentenario-el-gobierno-gastara-mas-de-160-millones">millones y millones en los actos del bicentenario</a> de la independencia pero que <a href="http://www.elpais.com/articulo/internacional/Hambre/pais/carne/elpepuint/20070902elpepiint_3/Tes">deja morir de hambre</a>, literalmente, a la población de ciertas partes del Gran Chaco.</p>
