Retry on 5xx errors

Because apollo studio is occasionally unstable and returns 500 errors that can be retried, we want to allow for retries when 500 status code errors happen also.

@BramKaashoek I think we can keep it to 500s only right? Or have you seen cases where other 5xx also happen?
