Webpage update: Homepage

Here is a list of changes that would be desirable to be made to the homepage:

• Display information about the latest release
  • Put the version number, the date it was updated and the link to the release not - at least at first a link to the release notes on GitHub-.
• Add a small sentence that introduce a big new feature
• Add items to the carousel:
  • Mention different modes
  • Mention multilingual fatures
• Add a part of the page to have tutorial or other videos
