docs(misc): document Re-Login Required notification after main keypair change

Part of the recent main-branch docs catch-up plan (Work Item 10).

FR-2895 (#7417) added the ReLoginRequired / MainKeyChangedNeedRelogin notification shown when the user's main access key has been changed and they need to log in again to apply the change.

Adds a :::note admonition under My Keypair Information in user_settings.md across all 4 languages, quoting the exact i18n message text for each locale. No header.md change — it does not have a credentials section.
