Easier way to add genotype columns to main window

Following #580 ; we can't recommand our users to double click on a sample to display genotypes in the main window.
It is also time consuming to find and select multiple genotype annotations, especially when the list looks like this:

I suggest changing the menu to something like this, using the Presets created with the Genotype module:

Where clicking on a preset opens all the columns in it.
