Error loading lsl_loadlib in MATLAB

I try to load lsl_loadlib in MatLab, but I keep receiving the error:
"Error loading the liblsl library: Undefined function 'lsl_loadlib_' for input arguments of type 'char'. Make sure liblsl-Matlab/bin is added to path and try running build_mex.m'

The directory has been added to the Matlab path.
I would be thankful for any help.

Hello, I'm also facing the same issue. I used Matlab R2019b on Windows. the directories were already added to the MATLAB path. Could you please help me figure out the problem?

So, I had the same issue running LSL on Matlab 2019b, The solution for me was to add the entire folder structure with subfolders to the path / or using addpath(genpath('path_to_liblsl-Matlab')); , rather just the top-level folder.

I am trying to use liblsl in Matlab and keep receiving this error while have tried different ways to find the solution but no success.

I have followed the instructions here labstreaminglayer/liblsl-Matlab: Matlab bindings for liblsl and used liblsl from Release v1.17.7 · sccn/liblsl as liblsl-1.17.7-Win_i386.zip  for windows 10 and Matlab R2025a 

I was wondering whether I can help with this (and whether the selected precompiled library is fine)?

@royaharatian-a11y , you almost certainly don't want the i386 version. Try liblsl-1.17.7-Win_amd64.zip.

Thank you, I also copied the "lib" folder contents to the "bin" folder and it appears now the build_mex is run properly.
