Log add new item error

I had the case today that I got the Some error happened, check server logs for details. Note that your media may have been uploaded (to DO and/or Azurcast). error upon adding a new item and there was no error message in the log.

I think we should make sure that we log the root cause of the error in this case.

Until we don't fix it, it's another reason (beside the "trap" effect) why we should run arcsi in debug mode, shouldn't we?

Today I had the issue again, I found out the the playlist could not be assigned, which is not logged in info mode:
