[FEATURE]: Deploy on JSR

JSR is the main package repository for Deno libs. DenoORM needs to be there to be available to Deno community.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
- Create a repository in JSR.
- Prepare the package.
- Create automation to automatic build and deploy.
- Create automation to automatic versioning and release.
