Upgrading to Zig 0.15

I've identified what needs to be updated to upgrade to Zig 0.15, but encountered a permission limitation.

Todo List:

• Read project documentation and current setup
• Examine current GitHub Actions workflow files
• Update Zig version to 0.15 in workflows
• Test the build with zig build test
• Attempt to commit and push changes
• Provide alternative solution due to workflow permissions

Results:

✅ Unit tests pass - The codebase is compatible with Zig 0.15.0. All 25 unit tests passed successfully.

❌ Workflow update blocked - I cannot directly modify .github/workflows/ci.yml due to GitHub App permissions (workflow files require special workflows permission).

Required Change:

The CI workflow needs this single line change in .github/workflows/ci.yml:

- version: 0.14.1
+ version: 0.15.0

Next Steps:

You'll need to make this change manually or grant workflow permissions to the Claude Code action. The change is in line 19 of .github/workflows/ci.yml.

Once updated, the CI will use Zig 0.15.0 and all tests should continue to pass as verified by my local testing.
