Correct Attribution for Original Font

I'm a long-time fan of GlassTTY and went looking for it online today, and came across your repo.

I notice you appear to have the wrong attribution link for original source of the font.

You have:

• http://christfollower.me/misc/glasstty/index.html

But I believe the original source is:

• http://sensi.org/~svo/glasstty/

NOTE: The link you have appears to be a copy of the original page - There's even a link to the correct page at the bottom:

Address of this page: http://sensi.org/~svo/glasstty/

Also, the original author now has a github page for the font:

• https://github.com/svofski/glasstty

So you could link there.
