Error to re-start the R session when connecting to an instance

This error occurs when running the following for the first time:

After I restarted R, everything ran through.

But why is that? Could we avoid the error in the first run?

Hmmm...I'm not sure what is happening here. I tried running the same thing and it worked the first time for me. Does it consistently not work for you? Is there something that could mean the storage isn't initialised/available?

@sunnyosun Could you please try with the current development version? I'm hoping some of the changes we made with the dependency management should make this smoother.
