support loading and reloading from URL

sqlime.org supports loading from url and it makes it possible to connect it to services like lukehog.com. if sqliteviz would allow loading the database from a url (and an easy refresh button) it would make it a very very powerful tool to connect to lukehog.com and any other services that expose a download link to a sqlite file

Hi @lukepighetti you can load a database from URL in sqliteviz using the sharing feature. See the docs where you can generate the URL using the form.

There is RFE where the user interface will be added to make loading from URL easier.
