Adding checkpoints out of graph

My LangChain Agent gets API request from telegram and answers it.

There is another code which sends message to user through telegram bot:

Whole conversation is being saved in memory except the messages sent directly through second program. The second program used for automatic scheduled messages and it does not involve the agent. Is there functionality to manually add checkpoint to the memory of agent but outside of agent itself or can I save checkpoints in Postgres directly?
