Upgrade to 0.3.22 has a loss in checkpoint history

I am using postgres for my checkpoint history.

for state in app.get_state_history(config):

In version 0.3.21 i see state history as expected. Upgrading to 0.3.22 and the history for a given config is no longer iterable. Downgrading back to 0.3.21 resolves the issue. Haven't had time to make a minimal repro yet. Has anyone else had this issue. The release notes make no mention of an intended compatibility issue.

Thanks! Any chance you could share the checkpoint objects for this thread? Removing any sensitive data (ie any entry in channel_values that you recognize as your data you can replace with the string REPLACED). You could get these by calling the list method on your checkpointer object directly (with that thread id)
