[BUG] Not compatible with Spring Boot 4.0

Spring boot starters provided by langchain4j are not compatible with SpringBoot 4.0.

import org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.web.client.RestClientAutoConfiguration;
should be changed to
import org.springframework.boot.restclient.autoconfigure.RestClientAutoConfiguration;
in dev.langchain4j.openai.spring.AutoConfig

Spring Boot 4 and Spring Framework 7 have a lot of changes.
I don't think we could keep a version of the langchain4j-spring project compatible both with Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Boot 4.x.

Hmm… I think this task needs further discussion.
If versions 3.x and 4.x are not both compatible, that means we would have to give up one of them.
At this point, aren’t there still more users relying on 3.x than on 4.x?

Ideally, we would maintain two versions of the LC4J module for a few years while many projects are migrating.
Support for Spring Boot 3.5 OSS will end in six months, on 30 June 2026. Commercial support will end six years later, on 30 June 2032. See https://endoflife.date/spring-boot
