i have the same question, it is not that easy. your step is too simple. even i upgrade to 0.15.3 from 0.15.2 is not working.

is the migration from v0.15.3 to v1.0.0 with docker compose deployments is automatic with MIGRATION_ENABLED = True ?

must i do launch :
poetry run flask extract-plugins --workers=20
and
poetry run flask install-plugins --workers=2
in a container (dify-api-1) ?
