Plugin inputs are not showing up and i can't add any new tool node

using self hosted version (docker compose) and it worked great untill lately restarted the docker and since than the plugins are not showing any input fields (for nodes i added allready) and when i want to add a new tool node the node list is empty.
but for nodes i already created before it will execute the tool nodes with any issues.
