I want to build a customer care agent, in the middle part, there involve some steps that I need to let LLM decide whether to use http request e.g. get the device id of the current user, and if used, what does each data means and how to use them. However, I don't have a very understanding of how to build the workflow. Any ideas or examples will help a lot!
