无法进入账户初始化页面

我之前部署了Dify1.1.3版本，用邮箱注册了账号，可以登录，但是服务器是离网的，离网环境安装插件失败了；现在换成部署0.15.3版本，docker部署的，启动服务后，访问http://ip:80时是跳转到登录页面的，即输入账号密码进入，但是输入后登录报错Account not found.账号不存在；准备点击设置管理员账号重新注册，但是无法进入账户初始化的页面，即点击后会闪现初始化界面就又回到了登录页面，也就是我无法停留在ip/install账户初始化页面进行账号注册。
