I did not get the detail logs in docker api and docker plugin daemon, I just got the error messge from UI. What's the possbile root cause of this issue?

[models] Server Unavailable Error, HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.deepseek.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/chat/completions (Caused by NameResolutionError("HTTPSConnection(host='api.deepseek.com', port=443): Failed to resolve 'api.deepseek.com' ([Errno -2] Name or service not known)"))

这个是什么原因呢？我在后台没有看到相应的日志错误，但是却总是失败

这个问题的根本原因通常是 Docker 环境里的网络或 DNS 配置导致无法解析 api.deepseek.com，不是 Dify 的 bug。因为 DNS 解析失败发生在应用逻辑之前，后台日志里一般不会有详细错误，只会在 UI 里看到提示。

排查建议：

1. 进入 Dify 的容器（比如 dify-api），用 curl https://api.deepseek.com/v1/models 或 ping api.deepseek.com 检查网络和 DNS 是否正常 [参考1]。
2. 检查 Docker 的 DNS 设置、网络配置和防火墙，确保容器能访问外网 [参考2]。
3. 如果用了代理或 VPN，确认设置不会影响容器的 DNS 解析。
4. .env 文件里 SSRF_PROXY_HTTP_URL 和 SSRF_PROXY_HTTPS_URL 可以设为空字符串，有时能解决 DNS 问题 [参考3]。
5. 检查 docker-plugin_daemon 的日志，有时安装或初始化阶段会有额外错误信息 [参考4]。
6. 修改配置后记得重启相关容器。

如果其他外部 API 也无法访问，说明是通用网络问题；如果只有 DeepSeek 失败，重点检查 DeepSeek 的 API key、endpoint 和模型名是否正确。可以先用最简单的 LLM 节点测试 DeepSeek 连接，确认基础网络没问题后再用知识流程。
