Merge packages leipzig and langsci-lgr?

The packages leipzig (on CTAN) and langsci-lgr fulfil the same purpose: Assist the author(s) in producing gloss abbreviations. Additionally, leipzig can automatically create list of abbreviations, which we need in every publication, book and chapter alike.

One could view it like this: leipzig is doing the same job for abbreviations that biblatex is doing for bibliographies.

Pros:

• Automatically generate list of abbreviations
• Detect glosses that are not explained and automatically remove those from the list that are not/no longer used in the text (-> better data quality)
• No more fiddling with the Abbreviations section.

Cons:

• One extra run of makeglossaries is required.
• When we do this, we probably want to make sure that input is more stringent. Just as no bibliographical references should be missing and none should be input as ghost citations ("Author 2000" instead of \cite{Author2000}), we would need to ensure that gloss abbreviations are used in every instance.
