Hello there,
the ToS disallow harvesting and mining data received from the Langsearch API. Harvesting implies storing the data and mining implies storing or analyzing the data.
Am I allowed to use the API to get a list of URLs and crawl said URLs independently? I dont store or analyze any data coming directly from the API, but I want to use the data to get "secondary data".
I want to crawl qualitative data without breaking the ToS. So can I use the Langsearch API as a "data finder" and extract the data from public URLs myself using other tools? If yes, is that extracted data or "secondary data" considered free of your ToS since it was crawled outside of you API?
I hope my question is clear.
Thanks in advance!
