Add support for PKCS12/PFX defenition

Hi, could you add the PKCS12/PFX container definition and ask Peter Gutmann to add the OID for the Russian PBE with GOST cipher?

Unfortunately RFC 7292 uses a form of ASN.1 templates that my parser currently does not support. I'm interested in adding support, but it will take some time.
