Merge Str and Stringable

Has there ever been any discussion about merging the Str and Stringable methods into one string helper class? Seems like a pain to have to keep both classes up-to-date when things are changed.

One is a fluent OOP API that always returns itself, the other mutates the string given and returns a new one
