Hello,
I just wanted to propose improved release notes because current ones require a lot of navigation and mental stress to comprehend all the changes made and there are a lot in most of the releases - talking about new stuff and improvements and not only fixes. I think those should be posts on laravel website, similar to what laravel-news does but more detailed and there are already details with examples in most pull requests .
In version 9.x and earlier we at least had separate blocks for fixes, improvements and new stuff.
