Possible memory leak between v5.33.3 and v5.35.2

Description

Hi, I use Digital Ocean managed Redis on the latest version. I update my dependencies fairly often but have noticed a correlation between a recent increase in Horizon RAM usage and when I deployed v5.35.2 of Horizon.

Take a lot at the graphs. Over the past 14 days my client count, ram and disk usage has been consistent, but on the 13th October I start to see a noticible increase in RAM despite no other changes other than a dependency update of Horizon.

I was previously on version v5.33.3, and now on version v5.35.2.

I'm just raising this in case my RAM graph keeps going up and I have to report back, but this has only happened since the 13th, which correlates to the package version change.

Steps To Reproduce

Are we sure that a recent version of Horizon isn't consuming more memory than needed?

Are you able to rollback all package updates except for Horizon? There are a lot of confounding variables with so many packages updated.
