SPCAT fails without using custom version

Apparently running into `IndexError`s when running PyPickett stuff using the conventional version of SPCAT which does not compute Q at 1 - 1000 K.

Would need to reproduce the issue, and digging into whether the source of the problem is the `SPCAT` class or in `run_spcat`.
