SPCAT fails without using custom version

Apparently running into IndexErrors when running PyPickett stuff using the conventional version of SPCAT which does not compute Q at 1 - 1000 K.

Would need to reproduce the issue, and digging into whether the source of the problem is the SPCAT class or in run_spcat.
