consider adding support for HTTP PATCH

For updating secrets in-place, it might be beneficial to support the HTTP PATCH method to avoid data races.

E.g. when SSSD stores ccaches for the sssd-kcm service, updating the ccaches would be easier through HTTP PATCH.
