Consider adding OPTIONS verb #170
Description
In some REST APIs the OPTION verb is used to describe programmatically the API.
We should consider adding it, perhaps in a way that will autogenerate docs and verb from the same source so that everything is consistent and there is no risk of getting implementation, machine description and documentation out of sync.
