Unified syntax to specify references

The references of an article such as standards and specifications should be written in a unified way.
It should be possible to embed a link to the resource that is not displayed in the name

Simple example syntax:
`[ AUTHOR/COMPANY ][ TITLE ][ NUMBER/DATE ](LINK)`

Alternative:
directly embed bibtex reference
