The communication deliverable. This branch (feature/custom-behaviors-docs) is reserved for it — docs ship only after the feature is merged and deployed, so wording matches shipped behavior.

Scope (in)

• specs/custom-behaviors.md — promote the QA custom behaviors feature (converted to project) #3807 draft spec into the repo (durable spec).
• dev-docs/taxonomy.md — extend with the scoped/custom-behavior model (global vs. scoped trees, the scoped-assignments table, no-online-assignment note).
• Mintlify public docs page under docs/ — user-facing "Custom Behaviors" guide (create a scope, preview, generate, browse the scoped tree). Preview locally per the mintlify-preview skill (Node <25 / nvm v22).
• Run the humanizer skill over user-facing copy.

Scope (out)

• No product code — docs only. (If the spec draft needs promoting before implementation for reference, that can happen earlier as a doc-only PR; the user-facing Mintlify guide is what waits for deploy.)

Decision dependencies

• Reflects the final Q1–Q4 decisions (limits, lookback, filters, permissions) as shipped.

Acceptance

• Spec + dev-docs merged; Mintlify page previews cleanly and matches the deployed UI.
