QDP-JIT ordered ColorSpinorFields do not support full-field subsets

QDP-JIT support only presently covers single-parity fields and will break when a full-parity field is requested.

This should be delayed until the next major release, since the multigrid branch has drastically improved the handling of full fields versus parity fields.
