The number of class of NYU-v2

In my data preprocessing with NYU-v2, the number of class of NYU-v2 is 41 containing background.
But your code is scripted 40 class. Is this model does not contain background class?

The ground truth images should be preprocessed so that the background class has value 255. Then the background is ignored both during training and testing.
