How can I apply migrations retroactively?

If I have a database I've been using before I started with SQLx migrations, how can start using migrations with it?

Example:

1. Create Postgres database.
2. Create schema with normal SQL script.
3. Start using program and database.
4. Start using SQLx migrations in program with 00_init.sql, 01_foo.sql, 02_bar.sql.

How can I tell the running database instance that 00_init.sql has already been applied?
