Mobile: Dropdown menus are incorrectly offset (3.6 regression)

Current behaviour

All components using the dropdown component are incorrectly offset in both portrait and landscape. This may be related to the changes in #13106 which potentially may no longer be needed, since major framework level changes were implemented in #14232.

Tested on Android 16 emulator

Expected behaviour

Dropdowns should be offset as before. See screenshots in description of PR #13106 for a reference of how they should be offset

Thank you for the issue report! I'm tagging this with "Android" since I'm not observing this on iOS.

Also, I confirm that this issue does not occur on Android 14, but requires Android 15+
