[Docs] Add GitHub Actions page as a callout on MeshMap Snapshots page

#### Current State
Layer5 Cloud and Meshery integrate with GitHub in various ways. The [MeshMap Snapshots page](https://docs.layer5.io/cloud/tutorials/gitops-snapshots/) is missing a link pointing out the other available Meshery GitHub Actions.

#### Desired State
Add an "info" or "tip" style callout to the [GitHub Actions page](https://docs.layer5.io/cloud/github-actions/).
