[Meshery Cloud] CTA: Get Free Account

Current Behavior
Today, Meshery users must run Meshery in order to get a free account and log into that account to see their profile and infra.

Desired Behavior
Users should be able to create a free account independent of running Meshery and sign into Meshery Cloud directly.

A "Get Free Account" button should be created as a CTA (see #2848 and #2866)

@leecalcote As going through the Description of this issue, I found that there are already 3 CTA (bottom, full-width, and image ). Do I need to use any of these CTA to create a "Get Free Account" button CTA or do I need to create a new one?
If this issue is open can you please assign it to me?

@Hs809 thanks for asking. Yes, using the existing CTA components, you can create a new “advertisement” and that encourages users to create a free account.

You can add this new CTA to a few resource articles and potentially other locations, if you find a good spot.
