[Bug] Events section - Image misalignment, extra whitespace, and broken "Join Now" button on desktop web

Description

Image misalignment, extra black space below "Join Now" button, and broken "Join Now" button in the Events section on desktop web browser.

Expected Behavior

• The event banner image should be properly centered.
• There should be no extra black space below the "Join Now" button.
• The "Join Now" button should correctly redirect the user to the event registration page.
