The code formats the string from the mention field into <!string>. This only works for here. If you wish to mention a specific user or user group, the message to slack does not function properly, and returns <!jon>. Maybe add a check for here and format correctly, otherwise send in the @ with a user or group name? Thanks! This action is great!
