No Menu item after install

Describe the bug
After installing the newest version or the last 3 versions, no menu item is shown, also there are no logged issues. Reboot does solve the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to HACS
2. install the addon
3. reboot
4. See error
