Fixes to the alphafold automation to get the results available in the genome browser #71
Description
A couple of things that need to be fixed to get the end to end genome browser demo working with the alphafold results:
- Fix the Jira results so that it points back to the target
- Look into disabling auth in JAMO so that the people from other labs can retrieve the alphafold results
