Describe the bug
After the merge of #4179 we get an assert when simulating Buildings.Fluid.Geothermal.Borefields.Examples.Borefields in Wolfram System Modeler.
Here is the assert we are seeing:

[error ;ASSERT ;7200.00000000000000000] [ode:1564] In component borFie2UTubSer.borHol.intHex[1].vol4.dynBal.medium: In Borefields.borFie2UTubSer.borHol.intHex.vol4.dynBal.medium: Temperature T = 272.082 K exceeded its minimum allowed value of -1 degC (272.15 Kelvin) as required from medium model "Buildings.Media.Water".
To Reproduce
Simulate Buildings.Fluid.Geothermal.Borefields.Examples.Borefields in Wolfram System Modeler.
Expected behavior
The model simulates to completion, as it did before #4179.
