Update the online Dymola reference files

Some of the reference files in the master were updated in December but all the files on the website:
https://simulationresearch.lbl.gov/ReferenceResults/modelica-buildings/master/Dymola/
are still from November.

don't simulate, and this is why the reference results are not updated. This is likely because for these tests, the inverse function annotation in basicFlowFunction_dp and basicFlowFunction_m_flow are removed. We will look into how to fix this, either through update of the solver or tolerance, update to the model, no longer removing the inverse function annotation, or excluding these from the reference results.
