Description
assume the user device is secure and internet connection is at least connected to a secure and trusted vpn.
Is lbry able to support user hopping around vpns on each run while able to use normally just as a user with a public internet connection?
my expectations
- end 2 end connection for all activities user with lbry/community servers(from register account to using it)
- fully local encrypted lbry wallet without need to access internet except during transaction.
- easy backupable lbry wallet and lbry app configs so no need depend on servers to sync.
feel free to comment if its done or in progress etc.constructive opinions or suggestion is also welcomed

app that is as supportive as possible to anon users.(provided that they are not seriously abusing service)
