**Bug**
http://wiki.lbry.org/Translations is uncheachable. I can PING the server, but it times out using the browser.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to '[...](http://wiki.lbry.org/Translations)'
2. See error

**Expected behavior**
The website needs to be reachable for me to help translating.
