User should be able export and import the accounts they follow in a permissionless manner #7781

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I cannot export the list of account that I follow - aka subscriptions. I also cannot subscribe to an account from terminal. I have to waste more than an hour to start following the same accounts on another machine
The functionalities of exporting / importing subscriptions and some basic CLI commands are crucial for maintaining decentralization.
Such functionalities are implemented for RSS readers.
Right now, the option to sync with a server after doxxing one's email requires trust and is not good for one's privacy.
It is also a potential point of censorship, or a potential honeypot.
