Course versioning

Right now there is only one version (in standalone and server mode). How will we handle archiving for future courses? I ask since we probably want to maintain the ability to allow students to rerun code from their particular course. Also, we may need multiple versions in the future for different types of courses.

I think we need to create separate branches for each semester. I put the old Dockerfile from Fall '15 in the fa15 branch. The master branch will always have the latest version, and sp16, fa16, etc. can be branched off in the future.

Also, the image on Dockerhub has separate tags now:

e.g. lcdm/info490:fa15, lcdm/info490:sp16, lcdm/info490:latest.
