Request more memory for App

One reaction from the June 8th workshop was the app is slow. Need to request memory for the App for the larger workshop. cc: @jak473

I created this issue for Greg: https://culibrary.atlassian.net/browse/DLITSYS-2883 and he says it has been done )went from 4GB to 8 for now). I am hoping that will help somewhat.
