License or Copyright?

I'm interested in using this converter as part of a project. Is it covered by a copyright? Does it have an open-source license?

Some files are available under 2 different open-source licenses such as MagicDrawManager

• Eclipse Public License is available at http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html
• and the Eclipse Distribution License is available at http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/edl-v10.php

A clarification will be added shortly to mention that the entire project is available under both licenses. Copyright information will also be added. I think that the files will not all have the same copyright owner. I will check.
